Dear Sir,

I am writing to you, because I saw the contest which was published in your magazine on May 4th.

My favourite dish from my country is pizza. It’s delicious and not difficult to make.

You need:

A cup of warm water
½ cups of flour
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons honey
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon yeast
Tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, ketchup, cheese, sausages

Firstly, put warm water into a bowl. Add salt, honey and mix with a spoon. Than add yeast and wait for about 10 minutes. Next add flour and olive oil. Start mixing. After that, leave it for about an hour. Next put on some tomatoe sauce. Next use your pizza topping (some peppers, mushrooms, ketchup, cheese, sausages) and bake the pizza in your oven at 200 C for about 20-25 minutes. That’s all.
