Dear Sir,
I am writing to complain about your restaurant, which I visited on December 16th.
Firstly, the service was very bad. We had to wait half an hour. Badly cooked food was give me by a rude waiter. Furthermore, he didn’t apologise for spilling orange juice. My mother wasn’t pleased with music too. It was too loud. What's more I found a hair in my soup!
I expect that you will give the matter serious consideration. I would also like you to give me a refund of the cost of the meal.
