My winter holiday – Jak spędziłem moje ferie zimowe – angielski

My winter holiday I had spent in Zakopane and at home. I really can’t believe how good that time was.

Everything started with a lovely evening with my best friend. On Friday, the first day of the winter holiday, we went shopping and we decided to visit cinema and to watch The Hobbit: An unexpected journey. I love The lord of the rings series, that’s why I had to check the story of Frodo’s grandfather – Bilbo Baggins. This film was perfect and it was definitely worth to spend money.

During the first week of my winter holiday I visited Zakopane with my family.

But before we reached this city, we had visited Cracow for a couple of hours.  It’s even hard to express how I love this place! Especially, I am impressed with the atmosphere of the old town.

In Zakopane we went skiing every day. Evenings, I and my sister were spending on the Krupówki street in the restaurant and my parents were visiting pubs. One day, I had an unexpected lucky, because I met my favourite actor – Paweł Małaszyński. Probably, he had his winter holiday as well.

The second and the last week of winter holiday I had spent at home. One time, I went to the shopping center to buy some new clothes. What is more, I was playing the computer games, watching TV, reading books and studying to the test. On Friday, I joined the birthday party. And of course, I was sleeping a lot – probably that’s the best advantage of the holidays.

To sum up, my winter holiday was really great and fantastic. I survived the beautiful moments and I had a rest after a difficult semester.
