In the picture I can see two people – a man and a girl. They are eating fastfood and drinking coca-cola in McDonald's. 

Their food seems to be tasty, but very unhealthy. They are sitting inside. Probably, they looks like young couple who like eating in such places. They are smiling and seems to be happy.

In the background I can seen some people who are buying this bad food. There is very crowdly. Some children are looking at toys which are offered by McDonald's.
